Gaven focuses on investment due diligence, reporting, and monitoring of portfolio companies' financial performance.

Prior to joining Bonaccord, Gaven was a Senior Associate at PwC's Transaction Advisory group focused on financial due diligence for M&A transactions, where he performed financial analysis on quality of earnings, net working capital and performance evaluation for both sponsor and corporate clients.

Gaven earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accountancy from Binghamton University.
