Perry has a dedicated focus on strategic development and supporting portfolio companies in key value creation initiatives spanning new product launch, capital formation, operational improvement, and human capital management.

Prior to joining Bonaccord, Perry was a Director at TigerRisk Capital Markets, a Flexpoint Ford portfolio company. Perry led TigerRisk’s global business development team and focused on capital formation for the firm’s largest insurance and reinsurance clients. Earlier in his career, Perry held positions in private markets at Comvest Partners, contributing to the successful launch of its first debt vehicle and third private equity vehicle.

Perry earned a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida.
